Why Own in Tahoe Donner?

Amenities are why happy outdoor enthusiasts own in Tahoe Donner: they live in a year round country club. If you have grandchildren, then it can become camp Grandma and Grandpa, a wonderful way to enjoy your grandchildren with plenty of activities and summer day camps to keep them busy.

For just $100/month in homeowner dues you have access to all of the amenities, making it a steal when compared to Bay Area prices.  For an optional $220 homeowners can have free annual passes for a family of four.  Otherwise amenity access for homeowners is $5/day when using the amenities (golf, skiing, horseback riding have separate fees).
